Unik Ride Tales
Delete your account
You can delete your Unik Ride Tales account at any time. It takes a minute in the app, or you can ask us by email.
In the app
- 1Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
- 2Tap Settings.
- 3Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is signed out and removed immediately.
By email
Send a message to support@unikridetales.com from the phone number linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the deletion within 7 days.

- Your profile, name, photo and phone number.
- Saved listings, chat messages and notifications.
- Host verification documents and any listings you published.
What we keep
- Records of completed payments that tax and accounting rules require us to keep, held in anonymised form without your name or number.
- Reviews you left, shown without your name.
Before you delete
Confirmed bookings are cancelled when the account is deleted, and the normal refund rules apply. If you are a host, settle any bookings in progress first so your riders are not left without a drive.
